Price promise. 

We guarantee that our prices are amongst the lowest on the internet. Should you find the same item (like for like) cheaper on any other UK website we will refund the difference, subject to the following conditions. 

 

1) The item must be the same product from the same manufacturing company. 

2) Item price must include the same branded packaging that we include as standard, some retailers charge extra for branded packaging. 

3) Company must have at least a 14 days returns policy in order to offer a customer service level above the legal requirement.  

4) Must have full credit card facilities and not just operate using Paypal or Nochex. 

5) We do not price match against sale, reduced or limited offer prices.

6) We do not price match against auction sites such as ebay. 

7) Like for like will take the following into consideration :

Postage costs.
