Frequently Asked Questions.

Can titanium rings be sized?

Titanium rings can not be sized as normal soldering techniques will not work on titanium.

What if I order the wrong size?

We are happy to exchange your ring for another finger size within 30 days of invoice date. All that we ask is that you pay the return postage, currently £1.95 for Recorded Delivery and £4.95 for Special Deliver.

How do I return an item?

Please e-mail us at sales@quality-titanium.co.uk with any information that we may need in order to process your return. We will forward full return instructions to you via e-mail.

Can titanium be engraved?

Titanium jewellery can be engraved and we can carry this out for you for an additional charge. All engraving will add 1 extra week to your delivery. Please note that we are unable to accept engraved items back for refund or exchange unless faulty.

Can you obtain different finger sizes other than those listed?

We can only supply titanium rings in the finger sizes listed with each product. The largest size that we currently do is a size Z.

Can I design my own ring?

We currently have no facility to manufacture commissions or modify our existing range of titanium jewellery. We may however be able to set gemstones of your choice into existing designs at additional cost.

Do we have a retail outlet?

We do not have a retail outlet where customers can view products prior to purchase. Our internet sites are Quality Silver.co.uk and Quality Titanium.co.uk Both have a 30 day returns policy in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
