Delivery Information
90% of orders are dispatched within 3 working days.

Nearly all of our silver giftware and popular lines are dispatched within 24 hours.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days.

Any item that is made to order will have a time schedule included within the product details.

Should you require an item urgently then please contact us in order to check stock availability.

UK orders

Free Delivery
All UK orders can be purchased with Free Delivery which typically takes around 5 working days once the item has been dispatched.

1St Class Recorded Delivery £1.95 per order
This is a faster delivery which is generally received in 1 to 2 working days once your order has been dispatched, but is not guaranteed.

Special Delivery £4.95 per order.
For guaranteed delivery we offer Special Delivery which is guaranteed to be with you by 1pm the day after dispatch, excluding Saturday.

International orders
International orders are charged at £5.50 per order and are typically received in 5 to 10 days.
Deliveries to America and Canada are usually received 5 - 7 working days after dispatch. Please note with international orders that items may arrive in different packaging than are shown with the product. This is due to some items of packaging being too heavy to sensibly send.

All items will require a signature and can be tracked online. We can provide a tracking number if requested.

Every item sold on this website will arrive in a luxury presentation box either branded by the manufacturer or by Quality Silver; it is not our policy to package quality made jewellery in cheap cardboard boxes.
